ADMISSIONS
Over the past few years, the Chidambareshwara School of Bharathanatyam has blossomed into a close-knit family. To foster the best possible learning environment for our students, we have implemented a structured admission process, accepting new students in two distinct batches each year.
The first batch commences during the auspicious occasion of Thaipusam, typically at the end of January or the beginning of February.
The second batch begins during the sacred festival of Vijayadashami, usually in October.
This biannual admission schedule allows us to form cohesive groups, ensuring that both students and teachers can focus on their respective levels, facilitating steady progress and precise corrections.
We have observed that accepting new students continuously throughout the year can impede the progress of existing students, as it necessitates reintroducing foundational concepts for the newcomers. By forming batches, we uphold the quality of instruction, maintain a clear vision and overview, and ensure that all students advance in their learning journey together.
We invite you to join our growing family and embark on a transformative journey through the art of Bharathanatyam.
